RETURNS:

Should your order not meet your expectations, we kindly ask that you notify us within 10 days of receipt. Each return is treated with personalized attention, ensuring your concerns are addressed with grace and efficiency.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original pristine condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an oversight on our part.

REFUNDS:

In most cases, approved returns will be issued as store credit, allowing you to select another product that better suits your needs. If the return is due to an error on our part, a full refund will be arranged.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

INCORRECT DELIVERIES:

In the rare event that you receive an item not intended for you, please observe the following:

  • Kindly do not open or tamper with the product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or unsealed. We will arrange for complimentary collection of the incorrect item and ensure the correct product is delivered to you promptly.
  • If the item has been opened or altered, we regret that it will no longer qualify for return or exchange.
  • Please preserve the item in its original, unopened condition until collection is arranged.

EXCHANGES:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
